Crew Cabin
The Forward Cabin would normally be used as a Crew Cabin but is finished off much like the rest of the yacht.Starting forward is access to the divided rope locker via twin doors. Next aft to starboard are twin over under bunks. Above the upper berth are two obscure glass opening screened portholes set into the padded vinyl hull liner. Below the lower berth are two large storage drawers. Each berth has a reading light.Next aft is a very large lighted cedar lined hanging locker with two shelves within.Starting forward from port is a chest with three drawers and two cabinet doors below and a two door sliding cabinet above. A 13" Magnavox TV sits upon the upper shelf.Next aft is access to the en suite Head. Two steps with storage under lead the centerline companionway.Also in this area are two stereo speakers with volume control a smoke alarm Cruiseair SMX AC controls overhead DC lighting and access to the forward bilge. Overhead is a large hatch with hinged screen for ventilation or escape.
Crew Cabin Head
Accessed only from the Crew Cabin is the en suite Head with mica vanity with two cabinet doors a hamper and a drawer below and a cultured marble top with molded sink above.A three panel mirrored medicine cabinet offers abundant storage. The toilet is a Galley Maid electric model.The stall shower has a tempered obscure glass bi fold door a seat a light a hand held or wall mountable fixture an obscured glass opening screened porthole clothesline and an exhaust fan.The sole of this area is vinyl tile. Lighting is both DC incandescent and AC fluorescent. This area has a GFCI outlet as well as an AC vent.
Forward Guest Cabin
The Forward Guest Cabin of FREE SPIRIT has twin athwartship single berths with four drawers under each berth. Outboard between the berths is a two door half height hanging locker with cedar lining and auto light. Above is a 9" RCA TV/VCR combo. There is sliding door access at the foot of each berth. Inside the entry door is a full length teak framed dressing mirror.The large outside window can be covered with Duette type shades hidden behind an upholstered valance.An interesting feature of this cabin is that it has been fitted with upper berths that stow under the mattress of the lower berths. These berths are perfect for children. The only evidence that they exist is the painted rails at the foot and head of each berth. The cabin has also been fitted with four reading lights.Also in this cabin are stereo speakers with volume control overhead DC lighting and digital SMX AC controls.
Forward Guest Head
The Forward Guest Head has been upgraded since original to include a mica vanity with two sliding cabinet doors and a drawer. Above is a marble look Corian top with seamless white sink and a two tone faucet. Two sliding mirrored panels behind the sink serve as the medicine cabinet. Two large sliding mirrored panels above serve as window covers for the large cabin side windows. The sole is vinyl tile the head is a Galley Maid electric head enclosed in a mica cabinet. The stall shower has a bi fold obscured tempered glass door a seat a hand held or wall mountable fixture a clothesline a light and an exhaust fan. Also in the Head is an AC vent DC incandescent lighting and AC fluorescent lighting.
Laundry Center
The Laundry Center is located between the Fore and Aft Guest Staterooms in the center companionway. It includes a Whirlpool Thin Twin washer dryer behind a teak cabinet door two storage cabinets and a hidden opening to the cavity under the steps from the Pilothouse that offers additional storage. Next aft is a four shelf linen locker.Aft a mirror at the turn in the companionway with a sconce light affixed offers a spacious feeling.Further aft are the twin Engine Rooms followed by the private Master Stateroom.
Aft Guest Cabin
The Aft Guest Cabin has twin lower berths with a two drawer nightstand between the berths. There is a table lamp on top of the nightstand. Each berth has four storage drawers below and a reading light above. The outboard berth has a 12" shelf then two opening screen portholes in the hull side. The portholes are hidden behind Duette shades with an upholstered valance and rope lighting. At the foot of the outboard berth is a full size cedar lined hanging locker with auto light. A teak trimmed dressing mirror is on the outside of the locker door. The headboards of the berths are upholstered to match the spreads and are affixed to a mirror that spans the cabin's width. Above are four sliding cabinet doors in the curved teak soffit. This area also has been fitted with stowable upper berths that hide beneath the lower mattresses. They are perfect for children or occasional "boat full" of guests. Also in this cabin are digital SMX AC controls stereo speakers with volume control and DC overhead lighting.
Aft Guest Cabin Head
The upgraded Guest Cabin Head is across the centerline companionway and included two cabinet doors a hamper and a drawer below and a marble like Corian countertop with seamless white sink above with two tone faucets. Two large sliding panels with three shelves within serve as medicine cabinet storage. The toilet is a Galley Maid electric head and is enclosed is a mica cabinet. Owner's Cabin
Best described as a suite the Owner's Cabin consists of a dressing room walk through closet king size berth and en suite Head.The Suite is entered from between the engines into the dressing area. To port an L shaped marble like Corian counter with six drawers and two cabinets below is centered around a vanity with stool and mirrored forward bulkhead with dressing light. Outboard to port are three storage cabinets with a 12" shelf above and two opening screened portholes hidden behind Duette shades with an upholstered valance and rope lighting behind.Aft is a mirrored bulkhead with two sliding mirrored doors into the very large walk through closet. The closet has an auto light as well as full cedar lining.Next aft is the Master Cabin with a king size centerline berth with two storage drawers port and two aft. Each side has a built in nightstand with one drawer one access panel to the rudders and a marble like Corian top. Swing arm chrome and Lucite lamps serve as reading lights.To both port and starboard are chest high counters with marble like Corian tops and six storage drawers and three access panels below each side.To starboard is access to a completely separate hanging locker with cedar lining and auto light. To port is a custom access to the large hanging locker accessed via the dressing room. Also on this forward bulkhead is a built in RCA 13" TV and a Hughes Direct TV Sat receiver. Above the berth is a custom soffit with three dimmable mini halogens and two incandescent dimmable halogens as reading lights.The window treatment consists of upholstered valances Cornish boards hidden rope lighting and Hunter Douglas Duette type shades. Behind the shades are two port and two starboard portholes large enough for escape.Also in this cabin are stereo speakers with volume control a Panasonic Hybrid phone a Mistubishi AM/FM/cassette stereo six dimmable mini spots over the outboard counters rope lighting under the berth a DC incandescent light a fluorescent fixture in the dressing room and digital SMX AC controls.
Master Head
En suite to the Master is the large comfortable Head. Two sliding door cabinets provide storage under the vanity. A marble like Corian counter with seamless white sink and two tone faucet are above.Two mirrored sliding panels above reveal a four shelf medicine cabinet and an opening obscured screened porthole.Two other cabinets provide linen storage and another medicine cabinet.The toilet is a Galley Maid unit enclosed in a mica case with upholstered top. The tub shower is a Jacuzzi tub with a curtain a wall mounted fixture a clothesline light hand rail and exhaust fan.The sole is vinyl tile. Also in the Head is an AC vent AC incandescent lighting and AC fluorescent lighting.
Wheelhouse
Visibility is excellent from the Lower Helm due to the placement well forward on the centerline. The wheel steering is centered with an expansive gauge and instrument panel both forward and above. The main switching panel and breaker panel is to port with access to below decks to starboard. Port and starboard sliding entry doors offer forward access to the yacht. The sole is varnished teak parquet. An ultraleather upholstered double helm seat is aft with two drawers a pull out footrest and four cabinet storage drawers below. To port is a cabinet with a pull out shelf with an HP Office Jet V40 printer fax scanner copier all in one machine. To starboard is the custom built varnished teak stair w/cabinet below access to the Flybridge followed by a locker with two drawers and two shelves within. Galley
The Galley is next aft from the Wheelhouse and has a varnished teak parquet sole and a door at the forward end aft entrances. To starboard is a raised dinette table to seat four with storage under the cushions and drawers at the fore and aft end. There are four drawers under the raised teak parquet flooring. Outboard is a large opening window mini blinds. Hunter Douglass Silhouette shades offer privacy.Forward is a custom end table with a marble look Corian top.Next forward is a six place glass top table with coral base and six upholstered chairs. The forward bulkhead is entirely mirrored. Also in the Salon is a five light soffit over the dining table nine mini halogens over the seating a Panasonic Hybrid phone system digital SMX AC controls and stereo speakers.

Aft Deck
Custom enlarged at AMT in Dania Beach the Aft Deck is now almost 9' deep. A built in L shaped settee with storage below to seat six faces aft and inboard. A Corian hi lo triangular table lies in front of the settee. To starboard is a bar with a stainless steel sink newU Line freezer and two storage cabinets. Overhead the hard top was extended to the end of the Aft Deck. Above are five stainless steel trimmed lights and one bar light. The side windows slide open. The sole is fiberglass. There are three GFCI outlets and a built in fiberglass cooler aft and an aft facing camera for the monitors at helms. The entry door to the Salon is tinted Lexon. A very large window to the Salon is over the aft facing settee.

Remarks
Purchased in 1996 FREE SPIRIT was then taken to Associated Marine in Dania Beach where a $550K plus refit was undertaken. The refit included a 10 foot extension of Aft Deck Cockpit and Lazarette painting out much of the teak interior and a repaint of the yacht.Of special note is the fact that the two staterooms offer an option to sleep four each.
Exclusions
While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard FREE SPIRIT there are some personal belongings aboard. Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
